Update!!

So here I sit at work, thinking of something to write my first blog on (for this site) . And I have drawn a complete blank. So I guess I will start with whats been going on recently (last few months or so) and we will go from there :-)..

Well FIFA world cup finals play this Sunday. It is between Spain and The Netherlands. I'm pulling for Spain! I hardly EVER pull for US in the FIFA World Cup. Although I will say they were robbed early on with that stupid ass call by the ref. when US scored towards the end of the game.So the game is Sunday. which is kewl. I kinda wish it was on Saturday so maybe i could go out somewhere to watch it and still have a day to rest before having to be back at work lol but oh well. I'll just lounge around the house in my undies eating pretzels and pizza :-)

As most of my friends know, I moved to Crawfordville. I moved into a place with Dwight. My old flame from back in the day. We have dated off and on for like 14 years and finally decided to give it one last go. And I couldn't be happier. There was some resentment there for a little while for personal reasons, but I have managed to work through those issues and I hope Dwight and I will be very happy in the upcoming years. I think this is it for me as far as dating and relationships go. This would be my "spouse" if I could legally call him that. So till death do us part and all that lovely mushiness. :-)

A friend of mine is involved in a lawsuit with the City of Midway over some shenanigans perpetrated by the mayor and her band of thugs. And I use the term thugs very lightly as they are worse than thugs, they are political slaughterers if there is such a term.http://www.wctv.tv/home/headlines/97975529.html is there you can read a little about it and what they are asking for. I pray they get the 15k they are asking for and get re-instated in their jobs. Although if re-instated I can assure you they will need to be on their P's and Q's as I'm sure they will be watched and fired for any little transgression or wrong doing. no matter how small it may be. :-(

I am about to hit my 90 days in my new job, working for the State of Florida. My official title is State Information Specialist. Doesn't that just sound special and juicy :-) Basically what i am is a Lobby receptionist who takes calls from state information call center on my slow times. between visitors and meetings and escorts and blah blah blah. Its actually a pretty wonderful job. I meet all kinds of interesting people and contacts related to state vendors and state agencies, I sit behind a desk all day, I answer phones (which isn't really the highlight of my day trust me!!), I get an hour for lunch, 2 15 minute breaks, paid holidays, and paid vacation time. In my honest opinion, IT'S A DREAM JOB!! :-)When I first started there was a little bit of inner-office politics but after fighting to struggle against it, it has finally calmed down to the point where I am not brought into it any longer :-) OH and I forgot to mention the health benefits :-P FINALLY!! lol

My best friend in the whole world Gina is Pregnant again. (no comment) lol Love ya girl. Shes been spending a lot of time at my house lately. I absolutely love pregnant girls. The love to eat and they eat often. so me being a big fluffy juicy boy/pup, that makes me very happy to have them in my company. and let me tell you, Gina and I could tear up some food before she got pregnant, NOW, Look out buffets Fatties on the prowl. :-) I will say the one thing i miss the most about living with her is her mamma's cooking. well that and the midnight runs to taco bell and MacDonald's for shits and giggles. oh and the midnight cooking extravaganza that we would put on from time to time in the kitchen late at night.. I can still smell those pork chops frying. :-)

On a medical note. My health is doing OK to Fairly good. My t-cells are well above 800 and my Viral load is undetectable. so YAY for Atripla!! which at this point i consider a wonder drug. My cholesterol is high and they are concerned about that along with my blood pressure running high. can anyone say Heart attack? although i cant see why (huh Gina?)
